Thanks for taking the time to read our terms and conditions,
aimed at protecting our customers.

Payment
Payment can be made by cash or UK cheques and payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

We will happily refund any items that you are not satisfied with, please return within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all refund given will be minus the cost of postage and packaging.

Dispatch
Every item ordered is sent via special delivery and all orders need to be signed for on receipt of the goods. (Please note that Rachel Sykes Crowns and Tiaras will not be held responsible for failure of a recipient to sign for a package).
The charge for the postage and packaging is £6.00.
If you order more than one item, there is an extra charge for the packaging. However if the items are sent separately, charges will be £6.00 per item sent.

As with all tiara manufacturers, Rachel Sykes Crowns and Tiaras cannot be held responsible for the silver tarnishing due to age and exposure to air. To help prevent this tarnishing effect, keep all silver items wrapped and in the packaging
